At Mangold, baking knowledge is passed on from generation to generation. You can taste this tradition in every bread, in every pastry and in every cake. A lot has always been done by hand in our bakery. Machines are used where they can support and relieve our bakers and confectioners. The rest is manual work – for almost 170 years.
